"Pressing Violets," an original play written and directed by Holly Chin had two incredible runs in 2025.

​We were honored to be guests at the lovely Boston Playwrights’ Theatre in both May and Dec last year! Since our spring debut, Pressing Violets has received the 2025 DASH Award for Outstanding Original Play, Best Performer nomination for DASH and is also the first official production with the brand new Winterhouse Actors Studio in Natick, led by Holly Chin. Pressing Violets is a heartfelt blend of unexpected hope, healing, family, and love. Holly Chin walks us through the lives of two sisters and the passing of their mother, the hope we find in humor when least expected and the people who stumble into our lives who help us to heal without even knowing it.
